With over 17 years in hospitality, Jason has operated and owned award winning restaurant on both sides of the world, and has various personal awards in his field.

His knowledge for cooking has seen him work with some of the best in the industry, has cooked on TV and many public events 

as well as teaching in cooking schools. His experience taken him to consult for top restaurants and hotels over the years, his vast knowledge of flavours and techniques means he’s is perfectly suited to help to plan and wow any prospective clients or even just help your friends have a great time.

Jason also offers Consultancy to any hospitality sector in need of a hand, and has a proven track record for helping even the best restaurants be that bit better.

Carrie-Ann Baxter

Carrie-Ann has worked in the hospitality, catering field for 30 years.
Working in award winning restaurants in Scotland and London before moving to Australia where she has catered on film, movie and TV sets and been involved in countless pop-ups and high-end events. 
She is versed in many forms of cooking and has garnered an unbelievable palette and skill set to help organise and create beautiful food for events for any prospective clients.
As well as years of overall cooking knowledge Carrie-Ann has immersed herself in vegetarian cooking for years after working in one of Scotland's first and flagship vegetarian restaurants, she’s your lady if that is what your looking for.
